We are a local company. Gotham Bicycle Tours is based in New York City and White Plains. We are the only New York based company putting tours together for cyclists and we take enormous pride in this. We operate regularly scheduled tours between New York City and Saratoga Springs and Lake George that are of unmatched quality. We also offer trip planning and logistical services - including bag shuttle - for self-guided riders. We partner with a network of bicycle shops for one-way bike rentals and easy shipping if you want to come with your own bike.

We know where to stay, where to eat, and what to see when you are riding. We can provide you with a high level of detail with our mapping and trip planning products. Lukas Herbert
Lukas has worked as an urban planner in the Lower Hudson Valley and New York City for over 25 years, specializing in placemaking and bicycle/pedestrian mobility.
Lukas has used a bicycle as his main form of transportation for his entire career and has toured every corner of New York State. He has a vast collection of knowledge and information, and he can help you with all aspects of planning your tour.
You will work directly with Lukas for most bookings and tour planning inquiries. Once you are on the trail, there is a network of bike shops, bag shuttlers and transportation services that can provide the servieces you need, including the availability of one-way bike rental.
